The only way to face problems head long is when you are maintaining good spiritual health. Keeping a great faith in God even when there is really no problem that you are facing will help you during the times when you are facing negative circumstances and your health is challenged.
There are many ways to maintain your spiritual health and these are through meditation, reading the Scriptures, prayer, and others. If you regularly do these activities, then you will realize that you are becoming healthier emotionally. f you do these practices in your daily life, you will learn to take away the bad emotions like fear, anger, and bitterness.
